Weddings and Civil Ceremonies - Important Info

What You Need to Know When Booking Your Wedding Reception or Civil Ceremony at the Radisson Roe Park

When planning your big day, getting the practical points organised is the first step in making sure your reception or civil ceremony goes off without a hitch. To make your planning even easier we've put together a few quick guidelines but should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our wedding co-coordinator directly.

Booking Your Wedding Reception or Civil Ceremony

A provisional booking can be held for 14 days, after which time the booking will be released if the hotel does not receive a deposit and written confirmation. The deposit is £750.00 which is non refundable. The balance can either be settled on the evening or the morning after your wedding.

Final Numbers for Your Wedding

Confirmation of final arrangements (including menus) should be provided to the hotel at least 28 days before the event. Final numbers should be given 48 hours prior. This number will be charged for on the day except in the event of an increase In numbers, in which event the higher number will be charged. If a pre order is being given for the menu it must reach the hotel at least one week beforehand.

Minimum Numbers for Your Wedding

Please note that for Friday & Saturday weddings the minimum numbers are 100 adults. If the numbers fall to less than 100 the hotel will charge for the 100 adult meals, children's meals will be extra.

Itinerary for Your Reception or Civil Ceremony

Please note that times stated on your final contract should be adhered to throughout the day to ensure that the food served meets the highest possible standards.

For your convenience, all the prices quoted in our brochure are in pounds sterling and include VAT. As always, there's some fine print that we'll need you to have a look at before we can take your booking, but one of our experienced co-coordinators will be on hand to walk you through the whole process.
